Membership Rules

You are an adult of at least 21 years of age, and you wish to join CMI.

You will not hold CMI, its founders, their assignees or anyone else responsible for the results of contacts made through, instruction given by, or products sold through or by CMI.

You understand that any information you give to CMI about yourself will remain private, now and forever, with the exception of any information you choose to include in your profile, should you choose to post one.  Your real name will always remain private and confidential.

CMI will NEVER give, sell, trade, loan or reveal any member's name, or any information about any member, to any person, organization, business or company. Your name will remain TOP SECRET. EDENITE/CMA/CMI has a perfect 30 year record of total member privacy.

You understand that you may not allow any of the images which are copyrighted by CMI to be posted on your web site, or on any other personal or commercial web site or news group.

You will not, under any circumstances, reveal your password to anyone, as this will undermine the financial stability of the club. You understand that if you do decide to reveal your password to someone, or allow someone to see your password, your membership will be revoked, with no refund given.

You understand that on your credit card statement, this purchase will be listed simply as "CMI", and nothing more.

CMI will never automatically renew your membership after it expires. CMI only offers memberships using a one-time payment system, and never does recurring billing.  Your credit card will NEVER be automatically charged for a period of membership which you have not specifically requested.

The CMI site mostly contains photographs and videos of men's chests, but it also contains some complete nudity. You agree that you want to view the content on CMI.

CMI will refund 100% of the membership price in the case of internet fraud committed by a minor person unlawfully using their parent's credit card. But, it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that their minor children do not commit such illegal acts.

If you join CMI and you immediately think you have made a mistake, you may have a full refund if you contact CMI via email within 15 minutes of joining. Otherwise, if the log shows that you viewed extensive parts of CMI over an hour or more time, a pro-rated refund will be given, based upon the amount of bandwidth you have consumed, according to the log record. After 24 hours, no refund will be given.
