Two of the most frequently asked questions by NIPPLE and non-NIPPLE men when discussing nipple suction are.. 1) Do they stay big after you've sucked them out?? and 2) How do you get them to stay HUGE - or at least for long enough to beat-off!

9. Size Retention

Another method for keeping nipples pumped-up after using suction devices - is 3-ply nylon cord. A couple nipple friends introduced me to the procedure. and after using it for four years or so with good results, I'd like to pass the procedure on to you.
